The 6.5 cm long tooth of Spinosaurus aegyptiacus has a shiny reddish enamel that is still preserved at the tip. The typical longitudinal grooves are still clearly recognisable. The tooth has not been repaired, which is otherwise the case with most fossils from Morocco. Spinosaurus aegyptiacus is the largest known land predator with a length of up to 16 metres.
