4.9 cm dark tooth from Mosasaurus

The 4.9 cm long, solid tooth of Mosasaurus beaugei has dark brown enamel that becomes increasingly darker towards the tip. The fine grain is clearly visible in the enamel. The tooth has undergone minor repair work, which is clearly visible in the pictures.
