The 7.8 cm long and narrow tooth of Carcharodontosaurus saharicus has a well-preserved light-coloured enamel with a darker pattern. Most of the serration is still preserved and sharp. The tip has been repaired, which is clearly visible in the pictures. Otherwise, the tooth shows no other repairs. Carcharodontosaurus was one of the largest land predators and is also known as the African Trex.
