The 5.3 cm long tooth of Spinosaurus aegyptiacus has a beautifully preserved brown enamel in which the typical longitudinal grooves are clearly recognisable. The tip is worn away and the tooth has no repairs, which is otherwise often the case with fossils from Morocco. Spinosaurus aegyptiacus is the largest known land predator with a length of up to 16 metres.
