The 6.1 cm fossil tooth has a beautiful symmetry and is in a good state of preservation. The enamel is grey-blue with yellowish elements. The serration is well preserved, as is the black bourelette. The root of the tooth, which is also dark in colour, has been slightly smoothed by the sea
