The 4.5 cm tooth of Carcharocles Angustidens is in a beautiful state of preservation, except for a small chip on the tip. The shiny enamel is a beautiful blue-grey colour and the fine serration is sharp. The black narrow bourelette is beautifully preserved. The teeth of the Carcharocles angustidens have pointed cusps on the sides, both of which are beautifully preserved in this specimen. The Carcharocles angustidens is considered the ancestor of the megalodon and grew up to 10 metres long.
