The 3.6 cm tooth crown of the Igdamanosauruss aegyptiacus is well preserved. The tooth enamel is dark and reddish brown. Igdamanosaurus aegyptiacus belongs to the genus Mosasaurs, the largest known marine predatory dinosaurs. It was up to 6 metres long. The teeth of Igdamanosaurus are characterised by their spherical shape. They enabled it to crack the shells of ammonites and mussels.
