10.9 cm dagger-shaped tooth of the Megalodon

The 10.9 cm dagger-shaped tooth of Carcharocles Megalodon comes from the lower jaw of the prehistoric giant. The teeth are beautifully preserved and sharp except for the tip. The enamel is multi-faceted and shiny in various shades of blue and gray. The black bourelette can be seen to some extent and the brown matt tooth root has been worn away and smoothed over the many millions of years in the sea. The tooth comes directly from the diver and was found in a river in South Carolina.
