8.6 cm dagger-shaped grey tooth of the Megalodon 

The 8.6 cm large fossil tooth of the Carcharocles Megalodon is dagger-shaped and symmetrical, i.e. it comes from the front part of the lower jaw of the Megalodon. The enamel is grey with a bluish sheen and has a sharp, beautifully preserved serration. The black bourelette is still well preserved and shiny. The duller dark grey tooth root has been smoothed over the many millions of years in the sea.
