5.0 cm brown tooth of the Megalodon

The 5.0 cm fossil tooth of the Carcharocles Megalodon has a light brown enamel that contrasts with the darker tooth root. The serration is still recognisable to some extent. The root of the tooth has been smoothed over the many millions of years in the sea. The tooth comes from the upper jaw of the prehistoric giant.
