5.4 cm dagger-shaped tooth of the Megalodon

The 5.4 cm tooth of Carcharocles Megalodn is dagger-shaped and therefore comes from the lower jaw of the prehistoric giant. The fine serration is still recognisable, as is the narrow black bourelette. The enamel is light in colour and shows blue and yellow patterns depending on the incidence of light. The root of the tooth has been eroded and worn away by millions of years in the sea.
