5.1 cm large tooth of a juvenile Megalodon

The 5.1 cm tooth of Carcharocles megalodon comes from a young (juvenile) specimen of Carcharocles megalodon due to its size. The tooth has a dark, shiny enamel and the serration is still clearly recognisable; the brown tooth root and bourelette have been worn away and polished smooth by the many millions of years in the sea.
