The 2.5 cm large tooth of the Hemipristis serra has a beautiful grey enamel with a colour gradient from dark to light and fine, sharp serrations. The Hemipristis serra is an extinct species of the weasel shark genus that occurred in the Oligocene to Miocene in the Atlantic. Its total length is estimated at up to 6 metres.
