11.8 cm grey Megalodon tooth

The 11.8 cm tooth of Carcharocles Megalodon has a light grey enamel that shows reddish and blue colours depending on the incidence of light. The fine serrations are still almost completely visible and palpable, and some are still sharp. The shiny black bourelette is very well preserved. The grey enamel has been only slightly smoothed by natural processes over millions of years in the sea. The tooth comes from the side of the upper jaw of the prehistoric giant.
