11.2 cm brown tooth of Carcharocles Megalodon

The 11.2 cm tooth of the Carcharoles Megalodon has a light gray enamel with brown colorations and speckles. The dentition is still partially recognizable. The orange bourelette is still present. The darker reddish-brown tooth root has been smoothed over the many millions of years in the sea. One of the two nutrient grooves in the middle of the tooth root is still clearly visible.
