The 10.8 cm tooth of the Carcharocles Megalodon is dagger-shaped and has a massive tooth root. The tooth comes from the lateral area of the lower jaw of the prehistoric giant. The enamel is light grey and the teeth are beautifully preserved and sharp. The black triangular bourelette is well preserved. The broad and massive tooth root is dark grey with white deposits and has been slightly smoothed by the many millions of years in the sea.
