12.4 cm sharp tooth of the Megalodon with broad root

The 12.4 cm tooth from Carcharocles Megalodon has brown-grey enamel with beautiful bluish accents. This contrasts with the shiny jet-black bourelette. The teeth are razor-sharp. There is minor damage visible on one side of the tooth crown, although it is unclear whether this occurred during the shark's lifetime or over millions of years in the sea. The tooth root is very wide in relation to its length, measuring 9.4 cm. The two nutrient joints in the middle of the root are still clearly visible. A beautiful, solid tooth from the upper jaw of a prehistoric giant.
