The 6.9 cm tooth of the Carcharocles Megalodon comes from the Bone Valley and has a wonderful orange and brown colouring of the enamel. The serration is razor sharp and beautifully preserved except for the tip. The grey-blue coloured, wonderfully preserved bourelette stands out. The Bone Valley region was considered the nursery of the Megalodon, which is why smaller teeth are primarily found here.
