The 6.8 cm long tooth of Spinosaurus aegyptiacus has a reddish-brown enamel that darkens towards the tip. The tooth was probably repaired at the root and is otherwise in a good state of preservation. Spinosaurus aegyptiacus is the largest known land predator with a length of up to 16 metres.
