The 3,2 cm tooth of the Cosmopolitodus hastalis (Mako - Shark)has a great wide color spectrum. Especially striking is the blue band below the root on both sides. In the Atacama salt desert in northern Chile very beautiful and colorful shark teeth have been found for some time. These are rarely offered on the European market. The teeth found there are characterized by their very beautiful coloration, as well as impressive preservation and a very hard enamel. For years there is an export ban on the part of Chile for fossils of all kinds, which is why it is becoming increasingly difficult to get these great shark teeth.
