The 11.4 cm tooth of Carcharocles Megalodon has a narrow tooth crown and grey-blue enamel with still sharp, clearly visible serrations. The black bourelette is still partially visible and the grey tooth root has been worn down and smoothed over the many millions of years in the sea. A barnacle still adheres to the tip of the tooth.
