Set of 3 teeth of the Mako shark from Peru

The set consists of three teeth of the already extinct Mako shark (Cosmopolitodus hastalis) measuring 2.7 cm, 2.1 cm and 2.3 cm. The teeth are in a beautiful state of preservation with completely different colored enamel. The teeth come from the Ocucaje desert in Peru.

Species: Cosmopolitodus hastalis (Family: Lamnidae, Genius: Cosmopolitodus)
Age: ca. 7,2 - 20 million years old (Lower Miocene - Messinian )
