2.2 cm teeth of the bull shark and lemon shark

The 2.2 cm tooth of the bull shark (Carcharhinus leucas) has a light yellowish enamel and sharp serration. The tooth of the lemon shark (Negaprion brevirostris), also 2.2 cm in size, is in a beautiful state of preservation and has dark blue enamel. The two fossil shark teeth come from the Bone Valley. Typical for this locality are the white roots and the colourful staining of the enamel.
