9.7 cm large tooth fragment of the Megalodon

The 9.7 cm tooth fragment of Carcharocles Megalodon was found at Golden Beach in Florida. The tooth fragment has a very nice blue and beige enamel, as well as still preserved serration. On the tooth root an adhering barnacle is still recognizable.

Age:    ca. 3 – 20 million years old (Pliocene – early Miocene)
