11.5 cm reddish-brown Megalodon tooth

The 11.5 cm tooth of Carcharocles Megalodon comes from the lower jaw of the prehistoric giant and is relatively massive and shows beautiful symmetry. The enamel is shiny and reddish-brown, and the serration is still clearly visible and palpable. The bourelette, which is also brown, is very well preserved. The massive, darker tooth root has been only slightly worn down and smoothed over millions of years in the sea. The nutrient groove is still clearly visible in the middle of the tooth root. This groove supplied the tooth with nutrients during the shark's lifetime.
