5.8 cm large Mako shark tooth

The 5.8 cm tooth of Cosmopolitodus hastalis has shiny, patterned blue enamel. The edges are still sharp. The root of the tooth is dull and slightly eroded due to millions of years in the sea. The tooth shows reddish discoloration caused by contact with iron oxide.
