The 12.8 cm tooth of Spinosaurus aegyptiacus has brown enamel and minor repairs to the tip, which can be clearly seen in the pictures. The typical grain and longitudinal grooves in the enamel are well preserved. The tooth root is very long and well preserved, which is very rare in finds of this kind.
