2.3 cm Deltadromeus tooth

The 2.3 cm tooth of Deltadromeus agilis is beautifully preserved. The enamel is light brown and most of the fine, sharp teeth are clearly visible. Deltadromeus was a small and agile predatory dinosaur, measuring 7.5 meters in length and 2.5 meters in height, which was adapted to running fast. It is one of the lesser-known predatory dinosaurs and so far has only been found in the Delta Basin in Morocco, which is where it gets its name.
