10.1 cm large tooth of the Megalodon

The 10.1 cm tooth of Carcharocles megalodon comes from the lower jaw of the prehistoric giant. The tooth enamel is grey-blue in colour and stands in stark contrast to the dark brown root. The tooth was damaged over the many millions of years in the sea and parts of the root were removed. The serration is still recognisable.
