5.9 cm brown tooth of the Megalodon

The 5.9 cm fossil tooth of the Carcharocles Megalodon has a light brown enamel and the serration is recognisable. The narrow bourelette is dark brown. The root, which is also darker in colour, has eroded over many millions of years in the sea. The tooth comes from the rear part of the prehistoric giant's teeth.
