The 5.7 cm long tooth of Spinosaurus aegyptiacus has a shiny reddish-brown enamel and is quite massive and thick for its length. The enamel is beautifully preserved. Minor repairs to the root of the tooth are recognisable, which is often the case with finds from Morocco. Spinosaurus aegyptiacus is the largest known land predator with a length of up to 16 metres.
