The 4.7 cm large tooth of Carcharocles Angustidens has a great bright shiny grey enamel and partly still sharp serration. The root and bourelette have been eroded over many millions of years in the sea. The teeth of the Carcharocles angustidens have pointed cusps on the sides, although only one is still recognisable in this specimen. The Carcharocles angustidens is considered the ancestor of the megalodon and grew up to 10 metres long.
