4.3 cm light blue tooth of the Mako shark

The 4.3 cm tooth of the already extinct mako shark (Cosmopolitodus hastalis) has a light blue enamel. Depending on the incidence of light, reddish elements are recognizable. The narrow dental band between the root and crown is clearly visible. The light brown root of the tooth has been repaired. The tooth was found in the USA.
