4.0 cm brown posterior tooth of the Megalodon

The 4.0 cm fossil tooth of the Carcharocles Megalodon has a shiny pretty brown enamel and sharp serrations. The reddish-brown root of the tooth has been eroded and smoothed over the many millions of years in the sea. The tooth comes from the posterior region of the jaw of the Megalodon, a so-called posterior tooth.
