The 3.7 cm long tooth of Spinosaurus aegyptiacus has a richly coloured patterned enamel that is partially chipped. The tooth has been repaired, but this is barely recognisable. Spinosaurus aegyptiacus is the largest known land predator with a length of up to 16 metres.
