4.5 cm blue posterior tooth of Megalodon

The 4.5 cm tooth of Carcharocles megalodon comes from the posterior part of the dentition of the prehistoric giant. So-called posterior teeth are characterised by a very broad and massive tooth root in relation to the small tooth crown. The enamel is dark blue in colour and the serration is beautifully preserved and sharp.
