The 12.0 cm tooth of the Carcharocles Megalodon is massive and compact. The tooth comes from the side of the upper jaw of the prehistoric giant. The enamel is blue and brown patterned. The coarse teeth are beautifully preserved and sharp, except for a small chip at the tip. The black, wider bourelette is also in good condition. The matte tooth root is slightly eroded from millions of years in the sea.
