9.6 cm dark tooth of the Megalodon

The 9.6 cm tooth of Carcharocles megalodon was found in a river in South Carolina. The tooth still has a largely preserved dentition. The enamel is partially chipped and reddish and blue in colour and pattern. The root of the tooth has been abraded and eroded over millions of years in the water.
