10.4 cm brown tooth of the Megalodon

The 10.4 cm tooth of the Carcharocles Megalodon has a light brown enamel with gray accents, depending on the incidence of light. The dentition is still recognizable at the base, as is the reddish bourelette. The darker brown and dull tooth root has been worn away and smoothed over the many millions of years in the sea.
