10.3 cm gray tooth of the Megalodon

The 10.3 cm tooth of the Carcharocles Megalodon has a shiny enamel with different shades of gray. Most of the remaining teeth are sharp and palpable. The darker gray enamel has been smoothed over millions of years in the sea and still shows white remnants of calcium deposits. The tooth was found off the coast of North Carolina in the USA.
