6.0 cm beautifully preserved tooth from Carcharocles angustidens

The 6.0 cm tooth from Carcharocles angustidens is in excellent condition. The shiny enamel is light in color and blue-gray in hue. The two typical lateral cusps are almost completely preserved and serrated. The rest of the serration is razor sharp. The brown bourelette forms a visual contrast and is perfectly recognizable. The slightly more massive tooth root is slightly eroded and has a crack, which, however, has no effect on its stability.
