6.1 cm beautifully preserved wide tooth from a Spinosaurus

The 6.1 cm tooth of Spinosaurus aegyptiacus is very well preserved, except for a small repair at the tip. The enamel is darker and brown with clearly visible grain. The tooth is slightly wider and more massive.

Species:      Spinosaurus aegyptiacus ( Family: Spinosauridae; Genus: Spinosaurus)
Age:             approx. 100.5 to 93.9 million years (Upper Cretaceous - Cenomanian)
Location:    Kem Kem Formation near Taouz/Morocco
Weight:       20 g
