4.3 cm grey tooth of the Megalodon

The 4.3 cm fossil tooth of the Carcharocles Megalodon has a dark grey enamel and black tooth root. The serration is well preserved and recognisable on one side. The tooth has been naturally smoothed over the many millions of years in the sea and comes from the lower jaw of the prehistoric giant.
