4.9 cm grey tooth of Carcharocles angustidens

The 4.9 cm large tooth of Carcharocles angustidens has a grey, shiny enamel. The serration is still partially recognisable and sharp. The narrow black bourelette is still partially preserved. The teeth of the Carcharocles angustidens have pointed cusps on the sides, although only one is still beautifully preserved in this specimen. The Carcharocles angustidens is considered the ancestor of the megalodon and grew up to 10 metres long.
