11.5 cm large grey tooth of the Megalodon

The 11.5 cm tooth of the Carcharocles megalodon has a beautiful symmetry reminiscent of a heart. The enamel is grey-brown and shiny. Most of the dentition is still recognisable. The dark brown root has been eroded over millions of years in the sea and forms a strong contrast to the lighter enamel.
